To celebrate its 73rd anniversary, Consul launched a special edition of its 117-liter retro mini fridge, bringing back an icon of the brand’s history with a vintage design. We created the product’s launch images in 3D.
The challenge
Present the mini fridge in different colors, showing its retro style, finishes and interior at the same time, with images ready for the launch materials.
What we did
- Studio images of the mini fridge in black, red and blue, with backgrounds in each version’s color.
- Product details, such as the special edition badge, the wooden legs and the interior with shelves.
- Living room settings decorated in 3D, with the mini fridge in place.
- Short animations for social media.
Deliverables
Photorealistic CGI images and short animations, produced from the design files, with no photo shoot.
Reach
The mini fridge video posted on Consul’s YouTube channel has passed 6.9 million views. The campaign and media are Consul’s; the 3D content is ours.
Each version got its own lighting and set, so the colors and finishes look just like the real product.
